Assisting with the underwriting of transactions by providing market research, preparation & presentation of credit memos and provision of periodic borrower/sponsor reporting templates in line with legal documentation requirements.
Assisting with the appointment of project monitors and other third parties during the due diligence process.
Assisting lenders and investors with certain aspects of the asset, sponsor/business entity and legal due diligence processes such as inspection of collateral/security assets, review of asset & legal documentation, KYC coordination, and the organisational structure, governance & financial strength of borrowing entity or sponsor.

Assisting with the negotiation of financial & information covenants, security and material events clauses during the legal documentation stage and the review of initial utilisation requests and funds flow statements prior to funding.
